FAQ #4: Do I have to have a test score report for my AP and/or IB scores sent to the colleges?

ANSWER: AP and/or IB test score transcripts are not a required part of regular admissions. However, for college credit and course placement reasons, they should be sent to your college of choice after you have been accepted.

8. APPLICATION GRIDS
Most college applications ask students to fill in grids or spaces about such things as Honors, Activities, and Work Experiences. Most students think that essays are the only arena in which they can demonstrate their resourcefulness and creativity. As long as you follow application directions, these grids offer another opportunity to show admissions people a lot about who you are.

Academic Distinctions, Other Honors And Awards
In a grid that offers as little as five lines and sometimes in an open-ended space, all applications ask about the honors and awards students have received. A number of application directions specify that they only want academic awards such as National Merit, National Honor Society, Cum Laude Society, etc.
